Nondescript Link

I'm sure we've all seen it. You're sitting around in a chat room, on a forum, on IM... and someone will post something along the lines of...

"http://www.youtube.com/video/24nxbjnas"

... and that's it. No indication of content, no context, no nothing, you have to dig through to find out whether it was something you want to see in the first place. Just when we thought we were past the nondescript days of 'Click Here' links on the internet, Web 2.0 sites like Youtube and link shorteners bring them right back with a new twist!

In response to this bastion of poor nettiquete, welcome to Nondescript Link. Using this simple form, you can generate a link to any page, and be returned a useless link that tells the user absolutely nothing, whilst making the point it's really telling them nothing. Feel free to then use it in response to anyone else's non-descript linking, and hopefully in time they'll get the message!
